FrgeTrade is operated by FRGE LTD, a company registered in England & Wales. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect or store your trading account credentials or broker login details
- We do not collect your real money balances from brokers
- We do not store your card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe
- We do not share your trade data with any third party for commercial purposes
- We do not sell your personal data
4. Cookies
FrgeTrade uses two categories of cookies, as described in our cookie banner (displayed on first visit):
- Essential cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and core platform functionality. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies: Used to understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve your experience. These are optional and can be declined via the cookie banner.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner.
5. Third-Party Services

- Right to erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Right to data portability — export your trade journal data in a machine-readable format
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent for voice notes, screenshots, and analytics at any time
- Right to restrict processing — request we limit how we use your data

7. Data Retention
- Active account data: retained while your account is active
- Voice notes and screenshots: retained while your account is active; permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
- Consent records: retained for the lifetime of the account plus 6 years (legal requirement for audit trail)
- After account deletion: all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days
- Stripe payment records: retained by Stripe for 7 years (legal requirement)
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted password hashing, secure cloud infrastructure, and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only. Payment data is never stored on our servers — Stripe handles all card information.
9. Data Breach
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours and affected users without undue delay, as required by UK GDPR.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Where any data is processed outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
11. Children's Data
FrgeTrade is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Users must confirm they are 18 or older during the registration and consent process.
