FrgeTrade is a trading journal and educational resource platform operated by FRGE LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales. It is designed to help traders log their trades, study their performance, develop discipline, and access educational materials.

FrgeTrade is NOT a financial trading platform. We do not execute trades, manage funds, provide investment advice, or offer financial services of any kind. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a solicitation to trade.

By creating an account on FrgeTrade, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use FrgeTrade. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. FrgeTrade is intended for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

During registration and first access, you will be required to confirm your age and accept these terms. This consent is recorded as an audit trail in accordance with UK GDPR and PECR requirements.

⚠️ RISK WARNING: Trading financial instruments including foreign exchange (forex), indices, commodities, and derivatives carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. You can lose more than your initial deposit.

FrgeTrade is a journaling and education tool. All content, features, AI-generated summaries, educational materials, and analytical tools on this platform are provided for informational and self-improvement purposes only. They do not constitute:

• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• A recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument
• A guarantee of trading profits or outcomes

You should seek independent financial advice from a qualified professional before making any trading or investment decisions. FRGE LTD accepts no liability for any trading losses incurred.

FrgeTrade is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• Free — limited access to journaling features
• Basic — full journaling, analytics, and educational content (£15/month or £144/year)
• Premium — all features including AI review, broker integration, and advanced tools (£30/month or £288/year)

Billing terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Billing is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription payment, provided they have not extensively used premium features. Contact frgeltd@proton.me to request a refund.
• Promotional coupon codes, where available, may reduce the subscription price for a limited period. Coupon terms are specific to each promotion and may include usage limits, expiry dates, and plan restrictions
• If a payment fails, access will be restricted after a 3-day grace period with email notification

FrgeTrade provides access to educational resources including links to third-party content hosted on external platforms such as YouTube. FrgeTrade does not own, produce, or claim ownership of any third-party content. All rights belong to the respective creators. We provide links for educational convenience only and accept no responsibility for third-party content.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's data or account
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Upload false or misleading trade data with intent to manipulate leaderboards or rooms
• Impersonate any other person or trader
• Use the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform without authorisation

All original content created by FrgeTrade including the platform design, features, branding, and educational materials is owned by FRGE LTD. You retain ownership of any trade data, notes, and journal entries you create.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any platform content without written permission from FRGE LTD.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRGE LTD shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses resulting from use of this platform
• Any loss of data (though we take reasonable measures to prevent this)
• Any interruption to the service
• Any indirect or consequential loss

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
